The best method of speaking with Head Coach Sophie is via email. While on deck, Sophie's focus will be on the swimmers, their training, and most of all their safety! Please respect that space and wherever possible reach out via email: [email protected]
Schedule changes, such as potential weather delays, will be communicated to the whole team via email. Watch your inbox for updates! You may also download SwimTopia Mobile App to receive Barracuda Team Alerts. This is also where you can RSVP to our meets and Spirit Events, view your volunteer commitments and more.

Meet results will be posted as they come in on the wall near the restrooms during home meets. Away meets, results are similarly posted. You may also see results on Swimtopia Mobile App.
If your swimmer earned a ribbon for an event during a meet (we hope they did!), those may be picked up at the indoor pool area in the hallway by the offices.
